Day #52 Five am walk

I started my day on the right foot, I decided to get up at 5am and go walking with my host father, it was a short walk because he was tiered from fishing all day yesterday but he showed me where he goes. Its a nice field that a lot of the sports teams practice at so their is lots of people their so it is safe. I think I might start going at least 3 days a week, and then build up to going every morning. When I got back home I took a shower, and made breakfast for me and Mighty Man who is my host brother. Lets just say it was a good morning, and then I walked to training. It was a good beginning to the day we talked about the history/economics it was a very interesting here are some fun facts about Grenada.

"When the U.S. sneezes the Caribbean catches the cold (Morris Bishop)  " due to that fact that a lot tourism comes from the U.S when the U.S has a crash it impacts the Caribbean.

Nothing much to do after training just relaxing and eating dinner. I hope that everyone is having a good night!!!!
