Day #46 PCV Support Panel

To day was simple but good, we started off the day with going over one of the main literacy tests in Grenada that is used in the school system. We went threw it step by step and compared how they pronounce things to the way we say the words. This was another had test for me to administer; I will have to try it out on a student it sounds like. After that I headed to my host mothers for lunch I had rice with chicken, shepherds pie (I don’t know if that’s the right spelling), oil down (bread fruit) and golden apple juice. It was a nice big lunch before my walk to the bank. After the bank I went back to training where  we had a volunteer support group where we talked about how to handle stress and who we could go to if we had any problems. It was grate to share what I am going threw with other people and have them understand. Everyone talked about what they are feeling right now, concerns or living situations, work, people, family, friends and break ups. Every day I am with these people I learn so much more about them and myself.  Tonights going to be another lazy night so all talk to you all tomorrow xoxoxox
