Day #99 Tamarind

School was good today, I got to watch one of the classes start to make a cutting board. They just got a big donation of tools and such for the wood shop. On my lunch brake I walked down to a market that has yellow bananas, believe it or not its hard to find ripe bananas here they are mostly green. So I got a bunch of yellow and a bunch of almost yellow. I also got a bag of tamarind. So when I got home I straitened up the house some and the sat and watched a movie while I pealed the tamarind, I am going to make balls and juice. I felt like a real caribbean woman siting with my big bag of tamarind, messy and hands, it was grate. Anyways I didn't do anything fancy for dinner, I think i am going to call it a night soon I am tiered. But tomorrow I don't have work its May Day. I am going to detail the house and I also have company coming over for a little dinner party :) I am cooking, all let you know how that goes tomorrow!! Good night all
