Day #97 Cooking B-day dinner

It was another one of those days where I slept in because of the later dancing night. When I got up I started to get lunch ready for my friends birthday lunch/dinner. Here in Grenada the biggest meals is lunch. So I started chopping up all of the veggies and boiling the water for the pasta I made him sausage pasta with a cheese wine reduction sauce. I also made garlic cheesy bread. I think that I did good, he seamed to like it. After that we walked down to the water and watched the party ship come in. One of are friends works on it. Any ways it was a simple but good day today. Work tomorrow
