Today was a good day I had a delightful group of three girls in level 3 who decided they wanted to make butterflies like the other class did. Last time I worked with them they completed the projects so fast I had to come up with more for them to do, so I decided to add a bit to make their butterflies more creative. I had the girls decorate the paper before they cut out the hand prints and body. They did a grate job and really enjoyed it. After work I headed to the peace corps office to collect my work visa. I thought it would be nice to take the puppy on a walk with me, and my boss got to meet him. When I was walking home I ran into one of the young boys that lives in my area. He remembered the puppy. we were walking in the same direction and we got to talking. He was out getting his hair cut for his graduation on Tuesday. He will be heading into secondary school, thats like high school in the states. I asked him if he was exited and he said that he was scared. I didn't expect that answer from him. I told him that the first few weeks would be a bit hard but soon he would grow accustomed to all of the new people and teachers. I also told him to stick with it because it will pay off in the end. I asked him what he wanted to be when he gets older and he said a heart surgeon, this young man impresses me. I am so glad that he was comfortable enough to talk to me about some of his fears. I hope more people feel that was and I can be of some help to them. When I got home I worked on the Peace Corps 2013 survey. This helps the Peace Corps understand where we feel comfortable or wish we had some more training. I think that its a grate way for the PC to get feedback. From their it was late and I headed to bed.
