Today I woke up at 6:30am and get ready for breakfast. I was exited that I got Elsbeth for my roommate. Note to self and other sometimes you should shaver the night before because in the mornings their is not that much water because everyone is using it. Any ways We headed down for breakfast, their was a small selection but I had an omelet, toast with butter and jam, and juice. After their that today was the first day of some of the medical stuff. It was an overview of what were going to be talking about over the next few days. We did a small quiz, nothing big just to see what we knew and what we still need to talk about. Apparently we will be receiving a water purification system when we leave here to take with us to are countries, its going to be ceramic. We also got sunscreen, bug spray and a first aid kit that has everything in it. We took a break and we had banana bread and plantains, soooo yummy. After that we all got to go in alone and talk to the nurse, she just re checked to make sure we didn't get any new sicknesses. I am glad that it was over fast but the worst is to come SHOTS!!!!! I think I just need rabies thank god. After was the best part we went to the beach. It was so amazing and unreal. Soooo amazing beautiful. One of the girls got stuck with a sea urchin. It was a long hike back but i loved it. Its amazing here. I cant wait until I get to my own island. I am here at the group lodging until Sunday and then I meet my first host family in St. Lucia, and then I will have a second host family in Grenada when I get their. So far I am feeling ok with being away from my family and boyfriend but I am sure that it will hit me soon. More from today latter I got to go. buy buy
